This plan covers your next two consecutive services with a fixed price throughout the duration.

Excludes: Electric, S, (above 2.0l) RS, R8, and 6.0L/ W12 models

You receive cover for your next two services with a fixed price throughout the plan's duration.

1 x Oil change Service:

  • Oil and filter change
  • Vehicle health check
  • Re-set service interval display
  • Audi service history

1 x Oil service and inspection

  • Oil & Oil filter change
  • Clean and replace air filter (if required)
  • Replace Spark plugs (petrol engine) or fuel filter (diesel engine) - (if required)
  • Full Vehicle inspection and report to include all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery coolant levels, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shaft suspension and exhaust system
  • Full vehicle road test
  • Vehicle health check
  • Re-set service interval display
  • Audi service history

What's Excluded

  • All non-standard service work
  • Glass including windscreen glass and headlamp lenses
  • Roadside assistance
  • Body repairs
  • Tyre replacement or puncture repair
  • Oil, air and fluid top-ups between services
  • Fuel
  • Air conditioning
  • Filters, unless otherwise stated
  • Maintenance and repair of non factory or non standard fitted items/accessories
  • MOT
  • Camshaft belts/chains
  • Damage caused by:
    • Using incorrect oil or fuel
    • Any additions to a service unless otherwise stated.
    • Any form of corrosion including pollution, water, chemical, salt and weather
    • Negligence, abuse or misuse and accidents


What happens if I want to sell my car and haven't used the services?

Our service plans are non-refundable; however the plan stays with the car and can be transferred to a new owner. If you are planning on selling the vehicle and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner please email us at CustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.

What happens if I don't use my services?


Our Service Plans are non-refundable; however the plan stays with the car and the services can be utilisedat any point. The plan will close once all the services have been claimed. The plan can also be transferred to a new owner. If you decide to sell the vehicle and would like to transfer the plan to the new owner, simply email us on CustomerServices@vwfs.co.uk with the new owner’s name and address. Alternatively, the new owner can send us a copy of the full V5 for us to complete the transfer.

 

Can I buy a Service Plan for someone else?

No, the Service Plan must be registered for and paid by the same person. The details you enter to register for a Service Plan will be used to set up your payment option.

 

How can I cancel the plan? 

You can cancel your Service Plan within 14 days of purchasing the plan as long as no work has been carried out.

Alternatively, if you would like to contact our customer services department by telephone, or letter, please do so by using the details on our Contact Us section of this website.

If you choose to cancel by email or by letter, you can do this by completing the cancellation form.

 

You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail or posted the letter to us.
